The Stillness Within
By Craig Bosward • Clarity Series
English Reflection
Clarity is not the absence of noise, but the stillness within it. Like a mountain lake at dawn, its surface rests undisturbed while the deep waters remain constant. We often seek clarity as a destination, a far-off horizon where all confusion ceases. Yet, clarity is a practice, a deliberate act of stripping away the unnecessary until only the essential remains. It is found in the quiet space between breaths, in the moment a tangled thought unties itself to reveal a simple truth. When we stop chasing answers from the outside world and turn inward, the fog begins to lift. Truth does not need to shout; it waits patiently for us to become still enough to hear it. To find clarity is to let go of the heavy burdens of expectation, allowing the light of presence to illuminate the path ahead. In this stillness, we finally see things as they are.
